5Have you ever been in a situation where someone took something you love? In the story The War with Grandpa, Peter, the main character, losses his room to his grandpa. Peter never felt worse before. He couldn't believe his own parents would give his room to his grandpa. So Peter started a war with him. During the war, Peter and his grandpa played some mean tricks on each other. One time Peter took Grandpa's false teeth. Without his teeth grandpa sounded really funny. Grandpa took and hid Peter's school supplies. Then Peter had to go around the house looking for his supplies and was late for school. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to cry and laugh. Robert Smith explains the book very well. He also tells the struggle Peter had to go through.
